Classes
I am always asked what “style” of yoga I teach. Truthfully I think there is no name for my “style”. I am qualified teacher and member of the British Wheel of Yoga, the National Governing body for yoga in England. My classes are largely based on their teachings of Vinyasa Krama, safety and support for those attending class.
As we journey down the path of yoga and explore we can not help be influenced by others. So its safe to say my style is a fusion of all the different types yoga I have enjoyed and practised over the years.
Simply put I practise yoga that makes me feel good and gives me a freedom from the stresses and strains of modern life. This is the type of yoga I teach and hope to share with you. Come, visit, share and enjoy!
Holidays
The last classes I will be teaching before we break-up for Christmas will be Thursday 15th and Friday 16th December. These classes will feature our usual christmas treat of a Yoga Nidra – Yogic sleep. This is an extended relaxation and is wonderfully restorative, perfect at this busy time of year.
The first classes of 2012 will be on Thursday 5th and Friday 6th January.
