I am always asked what “style” of yoga I teach. Truthfully I think there is no name for my “style”.  I am qualified teacher and member of the British Wheel of Yoga, the National Governing body for yoga in England.  My classes are largely based on their teachings of Vinyasa Krama, safety and support for those attending class.

As we journey down the path of yoga and explore we can not help be influenced by others. So its safe to say my style is a fusion of all the different types yoga I have enjoyed and practised over the years.

Simply put I practise yoga that makes me feel good and gives me a freedom from the stresses and strains of modern life. This is the type of yoga I teach and hope to share with you.

I am currently taking a sabbatical from teaching a regular studio class but I am still available for private tuition. I also have a selection of online classes are available for FREE on YouTube: Please subscribe to my YouTube channel to never miss a new video.
