This is a 45-minute super slow and gentle full yoga class. It features a variety of floor work and standing poses. I specifically focus on lengthening the hamstrings and preparing the body for the peak pose of Virabhadrasana 3 (Warrior 3). There is also a few minutes of Savasasana relaxation at the end. This class is suitable for all levels, perfect for beginners and those wishing to practise at a slower pace. Options and modifications are offered for some of the poses.
