This is a 50-minute slow and gentle full yoga class featuring a variety of seated and standing poses that focus on opening the chest, shoulders and quadriceps working up to the peak pose of Natarajasana (King Dancer). Perfect for beginners or intermediates wishing to practise at a slower pace. Options and modifications are offered for some of the poses. If you choose to practice with props, you may use a yoga block, blanket and a belt.
