The class is Hatha Yoga based in style, with an element of Yinyasa (moving from one posture to the next using the breath) and is suitable for all.

£6 – Dropin
£33 – 6 Anytime classes to be used within 6 months of purchase
£30 – 6 Pre-booked classes. Dates agreed at the time of purchase. If you miss one of your pre-booked classes this will still count as one of your 6.

Helpful stuff (for me & for you)

  • If you are new to the class please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class to complete a short health questionnaire. Or save a bit of time by printing it at home and bringing the completed form with you. Click here to download yoga health questionnaire.
  • If you wish to purchase any of the loyalty passes please also arrive a little earlier so we have time to select your dates etc.
  • I am unable to take card payments just yet, but plan to in the future. So just for now please bring cash or cheque to pay for the class or classes.
  • There will be limited number of mats available on a first come first served basis. Please bring your own if you have one.
  • There is plenty of parking available over the road from the venue in the FREE car park.

Private Tuition

Let me come to you or venue of your choice. Whether it is for a small group of friends or just for you, the session can be tailored for your needs and aims.

1 – 2 People – £35 (1hr) + Travel Expenses
3 – 10 People – £55 (1hr) + Travel Expenses
