This is a 30-minute slow restorative yoga practice for relaxing the mind. In this yoga class we focus on easing mental fatigue by relaxing the head, the primary source of tension. Use this if you are suffering from insomnia, need stress relief or just world weary. This practise will leave you feeling relaxed and restored. You will need a chair, bolster, belt, brick and two blocks. Don’t worry if you do not have a bolster or blocks. These can be easily substituted with a couple of firm pillows and a book.
