Sooth your nerves – 20 minute yoga class

This is a 20-minute slow soothing and gentle yoga class for banishing any nervous tension. We focus mainly on seated floor stretches and forward bends. This short yoga practise is perfect for those busy days when you’re tired but still need a gentle stretch. Great for curing the body and mind of stress. Can be practised first thing in the morning or just before bedtime.
