Yoga Class for Happiness Boost

This slow full yoga class for a Happiness Boost is designed to lift your energy, banish that bad mood and get you ready for what life throws at you.

Take some time for yourself to recharge and re-channel your energies. Don’t waste anymore time feeling rubbish. So settle down and get on your mat and prepare to feel better with my latest video for promoting happiness!  It’s a longer class at 70-minutes long because it’s super slow and opens the upper spine in very gentle and balanced way. Be good to yourself you deserve it!

It features a variety of floor work and just a few standing postures that focus on opening the shoulders and upper spine to prepare the body for the peak pose of Ustrasana (Camel pose) finishing with a 5-minute relaxation in Savasana (Corpse pose).

This class is suitable for all levels, perfect for beginners and those wishing to practise at a much slower pace. Options and modifications are offered for some of the poses.
